The Labrador dog will be available to assist the blind and visually impaired

The Labrador dog will be available to assist the blind and visually impaired for free from October. About 100 people have applied to use the guide dog, the first in the city. The Disabled Aids Center of Shaanxi Province, established in 2016, is the first non-profit organization for breeding and training guide dogs, with five trainers and 26 dogs currently being trained.
